Privacy Policy
Updated:
This policy covers the website at ragmux.com. It does not cover the Ragmux software you run yourself: that is your deployment, your database and your responsibility — we never see it.
The short version
This is a static website. It has no accounts, no sign-in, no comment form and no tracking cookies. Nothing you do here is linked to an identity, because there is no identity to link it to.
What the site stores in your browser
One thing: your theme choice, under the key ragmux-theme in localStorage.
It records whether you picked light, dark, or left it on the system setting.
It stays in your browser, is never sent anywhere, and clearing your site data removes it. Declining it is possible — block site data for this domain — and the site still works; it simply falls back to its default look on every visit.
localStorage is not a cookie, but it is storage, so we name it here rather than
hide behind the distinction. See the Cookie Policy for the full
picture.
Analytics
The site is built with an optional, cookieless analytics beacon (Cloudflare Web Analytics). It is off unless a token is configured, and when it is on it records page-level aggregates only — no cookies, no cross-site identifiers, no profile.
If you want to know whether it is currently running, open your browser’s network
panel and look for static.cloudflareinsights.com. Absence means it is off.
Server logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs — IP address, timestamp, requested path, user agent — for delivery, security and abuse handling. That processing is the provider’s, under their terms, and we do not build profiles from it.
What we never do
- No advertising, no ad networks, no retargeting pixels.
- No selling or sharing of personal data.
- No fingerprinting.
- No embedded third-party widgets or trackers.
Fonts and other assets
Fonts are self-hosted and served from this domain. The site makes no runtime request to a third-party font, script or image host, so loading a page does not disclose your IP address to anyone but our host.
Links out
Pages here link to GitHub and to provider documentation. Once you follow a link, that site’s own privacy policy applies. We have no control over it and receive nothing back from it.
Your rights
If you are in a jurisdiction with data protection rights — access, correction, erasure, objection, portability — write to contact@ragmux.com and we will answer. In practice, a site with no accounts holds almost nothing about you, so the honest answer is usually “we have nothing to give you”.
Data controller: Ragmux. Write to contact@ragmux.com.
Changes
If this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page. The page’s history is in the site’s repository, so you can see exactly what changed and when.
